What I have learned through this market and the downfall of 2007-2008 is that we are the Doctors of Real Estate, it's up to us to diagnose the market, recommend solutions but ultimately it is the client that will make the informative decision of what is best for their needs and that of their family and with my expertise I walk them hand on hand through the process and into "Recovery"and success. I negotiate for my clients to get them the best deal possible with the least amount of money out-of-pocket.
